Frames Site
This was a site designed for the same class as the Halloween themed website. It is done in frames (our focus for September), with layers for positioning and CSS for text style elements.
This is actually one of the best-looking light-background designs I think I've ever done. I'm usually a night owl, so a lot of my sites tend to be designed in the wee hours, and end up looking best in a dark room - with the exception of this one.
I hate frames, and know they are exceedingly outdated, but I really like the design.
