CD Cover
Every year, my friends and I put out a Summer CD. Each person chooses one to two songs to go on the CD, and then I spend months compiling, editing, blending, and finally, creating the CD.
In 2006, I went all out with my new printer, and decided to create a cover for the CD booklet, listing each song and who contributed it, along with the CD itself. This year, the theme was simple songs that sounded like summer. Anything and everything from the Beach Boys to Bob Marley to whatever was popular on the radio at the time got put on the CD, and it was a huge hit.
Some of the other themes for the Summer CD have been "Covered Summer" (for cover songs), "Cruel Summer: Songs of Heat, Sex, & Hell", "Classic Summer" (for songs primarily from the 70's), and "Electric Summer" (for 80's songs).
